Bayamón Board of REALTORS®

The Bayamon Board of REALTORS® is a professional organization dedicated to serving the real estate industry in the Bayamon area. Established in 1978, we are committed to promoting the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and integrity among our members. Our organization provides a platform for REALTORS® to network, share knowledge, and stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and regulations.

As the leading voice for real estate in Bayamon, we work closely with local authorities and community stakeholders to advocate for the interests of our members and the broader real estate community. We offer a range of educational programs, networking events, and resources to help our members excel in their careers and better serve their clients.

At the Bayamon Board of REALTORS®, we take pride in our commitment to fostering a thriving and sustainable real estate market in our community. We are dedicated to upholding the REALTOR® Code of Ethics and promoting fair and equitable practices in the industry.

Objectives

The Bayamon Board of REALTORS® (BBR) is a professional organization dedicated to serving the real estate industry in the Bayamon, Puerto Rico area. Our primary objective is to promote and protect the interests of our REALTOR® members, while also fostering a thriving and ethical real estate market for the benefit of the community.

As the leading voice for real estate professionals in Bayamon, we strive to provide our members with the resources, education, and advocacy they need to succeed. This includes offering comprehensive training programs, facilitating networking opportunities, and representing the industry’s interests before local government and regulatory bodies.

Additionally, the BBR is committed to upholding the highest standards of professionalism and integrity within the real estate field. We require our members to adhere to a strict code of ethics, ensuring that all transactions are conducted in a transparent and responsible manner.

Through our collective efforts, the BBR aims to create a real estate environment that is both prosperous and equitable, benefiting both our members and the Bayamon community as a whole.

Services

The possibilities of providing many other services by the Board to its membership are only limited by the degree of imagination and determination of the Board’s leadership. A Board of REALTORS® can be a great opinion force for the benefit of a community and can serve the REALTORS® and ASSOCIATE REALTORS® that belong to its membership extremely well. The Board is:

  1. REALTORS® working harmoniously and cooperatively with other REALTORS®.
  2. The REALTORS® service unit “line of fire”.
  3. Who provides, at the local level, the organization, administration, and execution of the REALTORS® criteria.
  4. Who provides the headquarters – let’s say – “a place” for the REALTORS® to meet – to discuss and formulate their plans and to move forward, those that have been agreed upon.
  5. Who chooses his leadership and selects his “staff” to execute the final decisions.
  6. The guardian of the word REALTOR®. He adjudicates it and is responsible for proper use, like that of an ASSOCIATED REALTOR®, for the entire tuition.
  7. The custodian of the National Association of REALTORS® Code of Ethics, and responsible for its faithful compliance within the assigned jurisdiction.
  8. Who, in the process of faithfully enforcing the Code of Ethics and providing an arbitration process on professional or business disputes between its members, or between members and non-members, have the obligation to designate a Professional Standards Committee to carry out perform such function subject to its
  9. Who by virtue of the election of its Directors and Officers in a democratic manner; by the designation of REALTORS® and ASSOCIATED REALTORS® to the respective Committees; due to the regular holding of enrollment meetings and for being the object of suggestions and complaints, it is the voice of all its members.
  10. Who provides, through serving on Committees and in elective positions, training and to serve well the Real Estate industry.
  11. Who provides the trained leadership to organize and maintain important functions of a cooperative nature, such as the Multiple Listing Service, among REALTORS®. (PRAR)
  12. Who provides many services to its members, such as, but not limited to:
  13. Emblems, maps, decals, engravings, and other supplies related to the REALTORS® business.
  14. Opportunity to participate in civic affairs.
  15. Educational meetings and seminars on Real Estate matters.
  16. Comparable System
  17. Credit Reports for your clients at a reasonable cost
